We are Toneshouse, a group of technicians specialized in the repair of all types of office equipment in general. We are located in New York City, where we cover the areas of New York, New Jersey and Connecticut, where more than a decade ago, we began the sale and distribution of Bond paper for Copiers, Fax and printers, as well as ribbons for typewriters and the famous Eco Ink Cartridges, manufactured in ISO facilities using advanced automation and robotics.
We use the same testing procedures as original equipment manufacturers (OEM of all kinds) to offer performance comparable to that of the OEM in both quality and page yield. In addition, we offer the only truly sustainable product that has a 53% lower carbon footprint and uses 59% less natural resources for its production than the OEM product. We back our products with a 2-year warranty on laser cartridges and a 1-year warranty on inkjet cartridges.
